    These programs are  centered around safe , effective methods to help you maintain your strength and stamina.

    Your birthing experience is all yours! This wonderful time can be exciting as well as tiresome. I am here to help you rejuvenate your self and your soul. These programs allow you to take time for you.

    This transformational time in your body, pre/post natal , does not mean you have to stop your activity, just modify - safely.  Feel comfortable, strong and relaxed. This is your time, enjoy it and enjoy yourself!
    Prenatal Fitness

    Postnatal Fitness

    In our initial consultation we will discuss what your goals are, which also can shift during the program, depending on how you feel and how you change.  These are guidelines to pick and choose from.  I will tailor your program to your fit specific needs and wants.
