Free consultation that includes -
I will visit you once a month – twice through third trimester (7th, 8th, and 9th month)
These visits would include -

| · | Discussion of your goals, expectations, and fears |
| · | Birth plan (what you want and what you do not want) |
| · | Continuous keep up with birth plan |
| · | Birth/pregnancy journal |
| · | General check up to make sure you are where you want to be and feel comfortable |
| · | A Belly Cast is included in the Doula Service package - generally cast during the 3rd trimester (but I will do it whenever you want!) |
